Is the service anonymous?
Sexuality often comes with shame and is a social taboo. To make sure everyone feels comfortable with us and can use our services, we work anonymously. It's important to us that we can offer you advice and tests without any personal connection to you as an individual.
We only need your phone number, but we can't see it ourselves. It gets turned into a personal and anonymous code. This code is the only link to your tests and results.
You don't have to give us your phone number if you don't want to.
Besides your phone number, we also need your birth year and the first two digits of your postcode to create your case.
If you get an HIV rapid test and want a written confirmation for it, we'll need an ID or some other form of personal identification from you. The confirmation will be issued in your name. This confirmation is optional and only happens if you ask for it. We can't issue an anonymous confirmation because it's an official TEST-IN document.
You can pay with cash here if you want to.
