Is my visit recorded anywhere?

At TEST-IN, we use our own special software that turns your phone number into a personal code. Our staff can't see your actual number; they only see your personal code, which is used to identify you.

Information relevant to the consultation (such as the questionnaire) is collected anonymously. The data collected cannot be traced back to the individual. The data will be deleted upon request.

You can also pay with cash.

When you book an appointment online, the details you provide are stored in the website's booking system. This data is stored on Swiss servers. You can also book appointments using a pseudonym (a fake name).
