The rapid test is safe and meets quality standards. If the HIV rapid test happens to have a defect, it'll show you right away when you use it. In that case, we'd offer you a new HIV rapid test.

The HIV rapid test reacts to antibodies and antigens in your blood. If the HIV rapid test doesn't show a reactive result, it means no antibodies or antigens related to HIV were found in your blood. Then you'll know you don't have an HIV infection.
